OK, the General 2007 pool is up.  I found and fixed a couple text parsing
issues.  I'm still looking for the reason why it says it found 482 questions
when NCVEC says there are 484.  So we probably have at least 2 problems
still to solve.  Give it a try and let us know if you see any problems.
